Practice skeletons (time-based templates)

Build reusable practice structures using time percentages rather than specific drills. A skeleton might say "15% warmup, 25% serve receive, 30% hitting, 20% team defense, 10% conditioning." You bring the drills; the skeleton sets the shape.
